Mindshare has announced that it has hired Adam Marshall as head of trading, Asia Pacific. He comes on board in September and replaces Nick Binns, who moves as deputy head of trading, Asia Pacific, GroupM.
Marshall joins Mindshare from OMD Australia and will be based in Singapore. Prior to OMD Australia, Adam has worked at OMD and Initiative in London, besides Capital Radio. He will focus on Mindshare's implementation planning, trading offering, and adoption of new trading platforms and practices, informed an agency statement.
Mindshare has also announced that it has roped in AnneMarie Tanke in a newly created role of head of value management, Asia Pacific.
Tanke will focus on media value delivery, which includes media pricing, inflation management, tracking and reporting for key regional clients. She was previously at Accenture Netherlands. She has joined Mindshare in Singapore and will report to Marshall.
Ashutosh Srivastava, chairman - emerging markets, Mindshare, said “This is the best time to be in our industry. Mindshare along with GroupM, is making significant investments to lead the market developments in this area. Adam and AnneMarie’s appointment is part of that plan to accelerate this development, and enhance the value we create for our clients through better trading, in this complex and changing marketplace.”
