Happy strengthens clientele in Mumbai

Happy Creative Services has bagged the creative duties for Ola Cabs, a technology based cab service; and Erosnow.com, the digital arm of Eros Entertainment. Both the accounts will be handled by the agency's office in Mumbai. Kartik Iyer, chief executive officer, Happy Creative Services, told Campaign India that there was no formal pitch involved in the whole process, the agency presented their credentials and strategy to the clients. 

Bhavish Aggarwal, chief executive officer, Ola Cabs, said, "I was impressed with the simplicity and broad appeal of Happy's past work and that's exactly what we wanted at Ola. The team at Happy has put in a lot of time with us to understand what our product and brand is and how to communicate with our consumers. I'm really excited about bringing them on board."

"We're really excited to be working with Ola Cabs to launch their brand in the country and closer to each city. That fact that it is a technology-based service makes it all the more exciting. The fact that it's a new age business, makes it awesome. We are grateful to the team at Ola for placing their faith in us," added Iyer.

On winning Erosnow.com's creative mandate, Pallavi Nayak, general manager - Mumbai, Happy Creative Services, said, "It's an opportunity to take Bollywood to the world. And we can't thank Eros enough for choosing us to do the job. We have a lot of exciting things planned for the global audience. It's all about the movies, and that can only be fun and entertaining."

"Getting Ola Cabs and Erosnow.com on board at Happy Mumbai is very much in sync with our overall growth strategy," said Siddhartha Roy, chief operating officer, Happy Creative Services. "We are very confident that our work on these businesses will certainly help increase our penetration in Mumbai," he added.

Sharing the medium plan for Ola Cabs, Iyer said, "We would be using all the mediums in the following order - digital, radio, OOH, print and TV." As for Erosnow.com, Iyer said that the medium plan is still underway. 

In addition to the new accounts, the agency's Mumbai office has been working with MTV on special projects like their ACT initiative.
