Aaren Initiative has announced the appointment of Hemanth Shah on its board of directors as managing director, with immediate effect. Shah has been serving as the president of OOH initiatives at Lintas Media Group.

Lynn de Souza, chairman and chief executive officer, Lintas Media Group and chairman, Aaren Initiative said, "Hemanth is a highly knowledgeable veteran in the OOH space and has brought in many new learnings and important businesses since he joined Lintas Media Group some months ago. This appointment and additional responsibility is a reflection of his capability and potential."
