New Airtel TVCs bring together SRK and Chitrangada

A new Bollywood pairing can be seen in two new Airtel TVCs currently on air. Shah Rukh Khan and Chitrangada Singh play a couple in this campaign, with Khan’s voiceover explaining the different moods of Singh and the daily use talk plan that goes with their relationship.

When quizzed about the reason for casting the two actors together, a response from the team at Rediffusion Y&R Delhi, said, “The task at hand was to create a robust and relevant position for the Daily Use Pack in the context of relationships – the now natural space for Brand Airtel. Shah Rukh Khan has long endorsed the brand. Chitrangada was a natural fit to project the magnetic-intrigue and charm that make each day different and special in relationships.”
