Rajat Sethi, managing director, Dentsu Marcom, has quit the agency.
Rajesh Aggarwal, president, Dentsu India confirmed the development to Campaign India. Sethi, who joined the agency in September 2009, was working closely with Aggarwal to lead business and operations at Dentsu Marcom.
Speaking to Campaign India, Sethi said, "Yes, I've quit. I'm currently exploring opportunities outside advertising."
Prior to Dentsu, Sethi was heading the country operations in India for Reader’s Digest International. He has previously worked in other marketing communications and advertising companies such Wunderman, McCann Relationship Marketing, McCann Erickson (advertising) and Lowe Lintas in various capacities.
